The property is situated in a quiet location and offers a variety of apartments ranging in size from 30m² to 114m². Aimed at singles and families, most of the flats feature private gardens, balconies, loggias or roof terraces. The complex is due for completion in late 2018, with the first occupants to move in at the end of the year.
The story behind the name: Rüdengasse takes its name from the Rüdenhof, an extensive dairy farm with stables which once stood on the spot. For a long time the building was home to the court gamekeepers as well as the "Rüdenmeister" and "Rüdenknechte", the master of the hounds and his helpers who looked after the sovereign's hunting hounds (German "Rüden" = hounds).
