Alongside the refurbishment of all apartments in the property, the ÖRAG Construction Management team was tasked with the renovation of the facade, the inner courtyard and the staircase and with the replacement of the windows.
Located opposite City Hall, this apartment has an internal staircase leading up to a spacious courtyard-facing roof terrace with views towards the hills of Kahlenberg and Leopoldsberg. ÖRAG planned the new layout of the apartment, handled the planning permission process and project-managed the entire refurbishment works.
