The office tower was built between 1999 and 2001 according to the plans of Arch. Neumann. The 26-storey building is approx. 100 metres high and has a gross floor area of approx. 60,000 m2.
6TH - 8TH FLOOR:
Due to the geometrically strict floor plan, it was possible to realise a space-efficient office adaptation for a special tenant. In line with the standard in the tower, this space also has a cooling ceiling, cavity floor, double-skin glass façade and up-to-date building services control. The fit-out of the rental space was carried out under the supervision of ÖRAG, which was also responsible for tendering, execution control, acceptance and invoicing.
