Jasomirgottstraße 3-5
The sculptures were created by Ludwig Strictius. The name "Badlhof" comes from the owner (around 1900) Jacob Badl. The location in the immediate vicinity of Stephansplatz guarantees first-class connections to the public subway network and all shopping facilities in the city center.
Kärntner Ring 15
The Opernringpassage and Schwarzenbergplatz, a transportation hub, can be reached directly from the property, which is located directly on the Ring. Thanks to its convenient location, shopping and dining options - for example in the Ringstrasse galleries - are also easily accessible.
Löwelstraße 8
The incomparable view over the Volksgarten to the parliament is remarkable. Directly adjacent to the building is the recently renovated Palais Liechtenstein. Furthermore, the richly structured facade was created using the rare plastering technique with Roman cement.

Naglergasse 10
The plans were drawn up by Oskar Laske, a student of Otto Wagner. The house shows clear characteristics of the Art Nouveau period. Due to the narrow gap in the building, there is only room for one rental property per floor.
Opernringhof 1-5
Built in 1955, the listed building complex offers office space that can be adapted to individual company requirements - from small offices for young entrepreneurs to prestigious, ultra-modern office floors with a unique view over the rooftops of Vienna.
Schottenring 12 / Hohenstaufengasse 17
The connected inner courtyard was covered with glass and functions as a spacious entrance area. Modern offices with cavity floors and fan coils for room temperature control are accompanied by an attractive interior design. ÖRAG took on the role of project manager for this conversion as well as the local construction supervision, including the tendering of all necessary services.

Teinfaltstraße 4
In 1992, the attic was converted into apartments. The central location makes it possible to use all the amenities of the city center's shopping and gastronomic offerings.

Wallnerstraße 8 - Palais Caprara-Geymüller
The loft conversion was completed around 1985. The special feature of the loft conversion is the four-sided floor plan with the connection to two staircases.

Robertgasse 2
The property dates back to 1855 and was built according to plans by architects August Siccard von Siccardsburg and Eduard Van der Nüll. Remarkable features of the listed property are the original façades, which have been preserved almost unchanged, and the green inner courtyard with its overgrown facades.

Neulinggasse 11
The property is characterized by its quiet location in a residential area with an adjacent embassy quarter. The approximately 145 m² corner apartment with bright rooms is on the mezzanine floor.
Siegelgasse 1
The two-room apartment facing the courtyard was attractively renovated to the latest standards. In addition to planning and construction supervision, ÖRAG was also responsible for dealing with the homeowners' association.

Hauslabgasse 32
The apartment is in a quiet location with a window overlooking the inner courtyard and has been refurbished to contemporary standards. Our construction management took over all planning services. The conversion of the unit was carried out in the usual manner with long-standing suppliers under the supervision of ÖRAG.
Friedrich-Schmidt-Platz 4
In addition to the renovation of all residential units in this property, ÖRAG's construction management was commissioned with the renovation of the facade, the inner courtyard, the stairwell and the replacement of the windows.
Porzellangasse 48
With the spacious, centrally located salon, the two very spacious top-floor apartments with courtyard-facing terrace or roof garden are ideal for prestigious functions.
Pötzleinsdorfer Straße 10
The apartments are combined into one unit with a large living and dining room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property is located in a quiet green area.

Donau-City-Straße 8 - Andromeda Tower
The elliptical floor plan is characteristic of the building. Especially in the "open-space" office extension, this allows a departure from geometric room layouts in favor of organic floor plan solutions.

Donau-City-Straße 11 - Ares Tower
The office tower was built between 1999 and 2001 according to the plans of Arch. Neumann. The 26-storey building is approx. 100 metres high and has a gross floor area of approx. 60,000 m².
Hauptstraße 13-15
As part of the facade renovation, the old metal windows were replaced with plastic windows including external roller shutters and a 16 cm thick thermal insulation composite system was installed along with a new color scheme.
