To achieve this, special solar control glass with platinum mirror coating was used for the glass surfaces of the windows. The floor plans of the 900 square meter floors can be divided up flexibly and can also be connected across floors. Lifts, storage, sanitary facilities and other utility rooms are housed in the core of the cylinders. The striking tower rises from a low-rise building divided into several sections. It offers tenants and visitors a wide range of shopping facilities, services, restaurants and entertainment.
