Completed in 1999, the tower is a classic representative of its decade, a style icon of the turn of the millennium: with its intelligent overall construction, consisting of two interlocking, fully glazed cylinders supported by a steel composite structure, but also with its flexible adaptation to the needs of its users. The 43,000 square meters of office space all have daylight - and a unique view of the Danube metropolis. To achieve this, special solar control glass with platinum mirror coating was used for the glass surfaces of the windows. The floor plans of the 900 square meter floors can be divided up flexibly and can also be connected across floors. Lifts, storage, sanitary facilities and other utility rooms are housed in the core of the cylinders. The striking tower rises from a low-rise building divided into several sections. It offers tenants and visitors a wide range of shopping facilities, services, restaurants and entertainment. Variety instead of monotony - the so-called "Millennium City" was Austria's first town-in-town concept upon completion. A place where work and leisure can be perfectly combined.
