Registration

Registering for the ÖRAG App is this easy:

  • Receive your invitation

    All property owners and tenants of units managed by us automatically receive an invitation via email or SMS.

  • Install the app or open the web portal

  • Confirm your registration
    Open the email invitation and click “Confirm registration.”

  • Set your password
    Choose your personal password and log in.

  • Done!
    You now have access to your digital customer service — around the clock.

    Yes, at https://oerag.idwell.com/ — registration required.

    Use the “Forgot password” function in the login area of the app or the portal.

  4. What types of requests can I submit digitally?
    Damage reports, general inquiries, document requests, and much more — including photo documentation and status updates. You can also view relevant documents directly in the app.

  5. How do I receive status updates?
    Via push notifications in the app or by email in the web portal.
