Volksbank Immobilien Paket
The sale was carried out by ÖRAG in 2013 as part of a two-stage bidding process, whereby the properties could be acquired either as an asset deal or as a share deal. The properties are predominantly Wilhelminian-style buildings.
Parkring
Only the listed façade of the building and the state rooms on the former bel etage have been preserved. The interior has been completely redesigned.
Schottengasse
The free-standing bank building, which occupies an entire block, was originally built for the "Wiener Bankverein" in 1909-1912 according to plans by architects Ernst von Gotthilf and Alexander Neumann.
Margaretengürtel
The elongated property with a total usable area of approx. 4,800 m² is built up with three buildings, which were erected together and form a uniform overall ensemble.
Mariahilfer Straße
On the ground floor of this striking property is an impressive cash hall designed by Adolf Loos, originally for the Anglo-Austrian Bank and taken over by the Zentralsparkasse in 1927. In recent years, many rental units have been extensively renovated and converted into modern office units and apartments.
Inter IKEA Shopping Centers
The Haid Center in Linz originally opened in 1991 and was completely renovated and repositioned as a shopping center in 2001. In 2006, it was given its current name "Haid Center". Thanks to its balanced and attractive branch mix, it has since developed into one of the most visited shopping centers in Upper Austria.
