Opernringhof 1-5

1010 Vienna

Built in 1955, the listed building complex offers office space that can be adapted to individual company requirements - from small offices for young entrepreneurs to prestigious, ultra-modern office floors with a unique view over the rooftops of Vienna.

On the edge of the inner-city pedestrian zone "Kärntnerstrasse" directly opposite the opera house, the building boasts an exclusive location and address. It has excellent public transport connections to the city of Vienna, with access to the "Karlsplatz" subway station directly opposite the main entrance.

An eventful history: the "Opernringhof" was initially called "Heinrichhof" and was a typical, magnificent Viennese Ringstrasse building that was destroyed in bombing raids in 1945 and demolished years later. It was replaced in 1955 by the Opernringhof, designed by architects Carl Appel, Georg Lippert and Alfred Obiditsch.
