Concorde Business Park  

The Concorde Business Park enjoys a unique location. The direct link to the motorway means that Vienna International Airport and Vienna city centre are both just a few minutes away.

At the Concorde Business Park you'll find over 21,500 m² of warehouse space, with a comprehensive range of options precisely tailored to your operational needs. There are also around 26,000 m² of modern office space that can be adapted to your specific individual requirements, plus ample service space to serve as a showroom for your company's products and services.

Last but not least, there's an on-site restaurant, catering service and a suite of versatile conference and seminar facilities of various sizes to round off the all-round concept.


Wien-Nord Logistics Centre

The Wien-Nord Logistics Centre is a freight transport hub located right at the gateway to Vienna. With over six hangars already in place, each with 18,000 m² to 22,000 m² of floor space, the facility boasts excellent links to the A5 and the Vienna Orbital Motorway S1 for easy access to the wider road network in all directions. The first phase saw the construction of Hangar A, comprising approx. 22,500 m² of state-of-the-art warehouse space together with 2,400 m² of office premises. Another 18,000 m² of warehousing and 2,000 m² of office space were added to the Wien-Nord Logistics Centre with the completion of Hangar B, followed by an additional 21,500 m² of warehousing and 2,100 m² of offices with Hangar E. The latest phase of expansion comprising Hangars F and D has added a further 22,000 m² of total floor space. Ready for immediate occupancy, the warehouse hangars have a ceiling height of 10.5 metres, a floor load capacity of up to 4,000 kg/m² and are equipped with adjustable loading ramps.

The facilities boast generously sized loading and circulation areas and are enclosed by a perimeter security fence with CCTV.


Tech Park Vienna

Situated on Wienerberg with first-class transport links, Tech Park Vienna offers office premises as well as high-quality warehouse and production space. High-rack warehouses, logistics hangars and factory units are all available on the site. The premises stand out for their high degree of flexibility, with access roads suitable for HGVs plus natural daylight indoors to optimise working conditions. All units have ceiling heights of up to 17 metres and are equipped with loading platforms and/or adjustable loading ramps. Tech Park Vienna is undergoing continuous expansion, the latest addition being hangar TPV II with 4,500 m² of floor space plus the option of installing an additional 1,000 m² of office space on two storeys. There is also ample car parking on the premises.
